How to apply
Crack from centre
Bend the strip in the middle to split the backing.
Peel each side
Hold the edges and peel away both halves of the liner.
Press & sleep
Centre over relaxed lips, press for a few seconds, rest.
In the morning, lift slowly from one corner. No tug, no fuss.
Best version of mouth taping
I've tried other brands. This is the nicest fabric, the strongest hold, the cleanest removal. Worth every cent if you're serious about overnight nasal breathing.
Worth the upgrade from Starter
Spent a month on the Starter, moved to Full Closure. The difference is night and day. I'm locked in all night and waking up feeling genuinely rested.
Hold is strong, skin is sensitive
My skin is quite sensitive and I noticed some redness after a week of use. Taking a short break. The sleep quality when I do wear it is excellent though.
Stays on all night
Side sleeper here and this is the only tape that holds all night. Waking up without dry mouth changed my mornings completely. Nothing else came close.
Very solid for side sleepers
Stays all night even rolling around, which was my main problem with other options. Fabric is comfortable and morning removal doesn't hurt at all.
